09.01.2022 It is with great pleasure I announce HwaRangDo classes starting on April 30! We are holding class in the Miranda Youth Centre from 6pm til 7pm Monday and Wednesday. Come and train with us ! Monday we will focus on kick-boxing, footwork, combinations. Wednesday we will focus on self defence against grabs and strikes. ...
