By starting a conversation and commenting on the changes youve noticed, you could help that family member, friend or workmate open up. If they say they are not ok, you can follow our conversation steps to show them theyre supported and help them find strategies to better manage the load. If they are ok, that person will know youre someone who cares enough to ask.

Cut out the smaller cards and place them on the relevant OK and Not OK headings, or maybe inbetween. Theyre brilliant conversation starters to help gather knowledge about the sorts of things to look out for. Lets get talking!

05.01.2022 Day 3 of filming: Note to self: Avoid filming in December. Avoid filming in the last week of school. Avoid hot days. BUT, the show must go on, as they say. The cast members slogged it out in appalling conditions today. It was hot, windy and Miss Riddell was tetchy like a hungry 2 year old with teething issues and gas pains. Did we finish? Nay, we did not. BUT WE WILL, DAGNABBIT! WE WILL FINISH!! (I’ll think about when tomorrow.) Thank you to Mr. Amos and Mr. Dorward for assisting with student transport today and to Hugo Hopper for being Miss Riddell’s personal assistant.
