As you are aware COVID-19 has decimated the Travel Industry and it's not sustainable to operate from a bricks and mortar location currently. 05.01.2022 To all our amazing clients and friends As we step into another challenging week for our industry and those in small business alike, we understand this is a very concerning time for travelers. We are constantly updating ourselves on the ever evolving changes due to COVID-19 and are providing solutions to meet your individual needs. Please understand we need to prioritize bookings in departure date order and of course those already traveling.... If you are traveling from May onwards, please just sit tight for now. We will be in touch in the near future as more information comes to hand. For clients waiting on refunds from our suppliers, we are only able to refund the money once we have received it. Due to the volume of refunds that the suppliers are having to process unfortunately this is taking longer than usual, we expect this will be ongoing for some weeks. These are unprecedented times but we endeavour to prove our worth now more than ever. We are your travel agent, we’ve got you!
