16.01.2022 A fertiliser initiative led by Nutrien Ag Solutions in Western Australia is raising much-needed funds for country football clubs across the state. Following the... cancellation of the Nutrien Ag Country Football Championships earlier this year due to COVID-19, Nutrien Ag Solutions honoured its annual $100,000 donation to country football and pledged an additional $1 per tonne of fertiliser sold back to the local football club of the purchaser’s choice. Next year will be our 48th year supporting country football in WA. This year we have donated $127,000 to the country footy family. We have many employees and customers that are involved in these clubs and we also know sporting clubs are an important part of the fabric of our local communities, says Nutrien Ag Solutions WA Retail Fertiliser Manager Stuart Gray.
