25.01.2022 Hydration Consultants have well over 20 years experience in bore pumps and all that encompasses the requirements of our clients. Those requirements are tank filling, irrigation, stock water and domestic supply. We're quite often asked which brand would we use when it comes to choosing a bore pump. The answer is simple. Considering the limited accessibility of a bore pump, we would only install the best quality available. The main brands we recommend is Grundfos, Lowara and Ca...lpeda for the simple reason that you don't want to remove it for many years, and these brands are all European made which means they will last the distance. We can also treat bore water to remove any existing ironoxide, which can affect the performance of the bore pump. While it's natural for bores to temporarily run low on water, there could be an issue with the ironoxide levels. If your bore pump is not functioning as you think it should, or as it once used to, give us a call to discuss your options. Whatever your requirements, we have a bore pump solution.

25.01.2022 Hi everyone. It's almost the end of week 4 and we're getting closer to the end of the Olympic pool plant room install at Sunshine Coast Grammar School. Check out the photos (I threw in a before we started shot too) Yesterday and today was the finale of the monster 200 nb pipework. Big thanks to Matty Dennis and Greg Boyd for their super hard work. Also thanks to Graham and Sonny from Baldwin Aquatics for chipping in on the heavy stuff. Next week will be the final stages of t...he smaller pipe work for the second 'Learn to Swim' pool. We'll also be installing the control panel, Aquarius systems and the dosing pumps. We'll try and do a live video feed of the commissioning in a few weeks. It seems a few of the other tradies on site want to watch us commission it so we may have a bit of an audience for that day. Stay tuned.

21.01.2022 What a beautiful place to work. Weve finally finished all the pump upgrades at Woodlands of Marburg. Randall and Michael are such great guys to work for. I highly recommend a visit if youre in the area, or look them up.

20.01.2022 This nasty orange stuff is iron oxide, and it's harder to get rid of than a sales hawker. If your bore pump has dropped in performance, this might be why. However, because in this case it's a Grundfos SP, 9 times out of 10 it can be repaired with minimal expense.

18.01.2022 The external underfloor plumbing also continued at St Andrews Anglican College Peregian Springs today. This will be an ongoing series of posts showing our progress over the next few months (and into next year). You can clearly see the concrete shell of the 50m pool in the background. Theres also a learn to swim pool in the front corner which is included in this underfloor plumbing. 16.01.2022 Happy Friday all. So heres the end of another fantastically productive week at the Grammer School. Big thanks to Greg Boyd from Tank Goodness (as seen in photos) for all his dedicated hard work and ingenuity. Not much of the 225mm left to plumb, so its all going to get a lot faster now. However, we still have a few more weeks to go. The custom made touch screen VFD control panel should be finished next week and ready to go up. Stay tuned for that.

15.01.2022 This post is a little belated, but The Sunshine Coast Grammar School Olympic pool aquatic centre is finally finished. We installed everything in this room. We also designed the schematics of the multi VFD control panel and we commissioned the whole system which included setting up the Aquarius dosing systems and the AIS fresh water chlorinators. Its been a long road but this has been an absolute fantastic job. Big thanks to all our associates. 03.01.2022 Beautiful installation by Matty this week. It's a Lowara 22HMS with a Hydrovar variable frequency drive used to boost mains water for a large laundromat in Inala QLD. http://www.supremelaundromats.com.au/ Because Matty did his mathematical calculations correctly, the laundromat can now have every washing machine running at once without any hydraulic issues or water hammer. And because it's a variable speed pressure system, the owners will save $$$ the cost of their new pump in around 2 years from their power bill savings. #supremelaundromats
