22.01.2022 Spotted this in Sutton yesterday. Septic has lifted/floated out of the ground after the recent rain. Look closely the inlet and outlet pipes are bent up out of the ground! Not sure who the plumbers are. These tanks need to be pegged and roped down as per manufacturers guidelines. They should also be filled with water immediately after installation. 12.01.2022 This drain had been previously been repaired by a plumber but the connection was not done water tight. It is up to the Plumber to ensure all new drain connections are sealed and tightened.

12.01.2022 This is a heritage building owned by the ACT Government. We are installing 2 x new poly rainwater tanks and pump, as well as repairing the hardwood timber framework. The timber is being sealed with linseed oil.

06.01.2022 Some blocked drains need a more aggressive approach. We will sometimes make our own electric eel cutting heads like this one. This one was made to cut through Ardex self leveling concrete that had set in a floor waste trap.
