25.01.2022 Another gas hot water unit installed today. This one was in Primrose Sands and replaced an electric hot water unit. Giving our client more space in the small outdoor area. With a gas cooker, for far quicker cooking.

25.01.2022 With great pleasure we installed Hydronic Heating into this beautiful house in Rosevears this week. The system completed today comprises of two LPG Immergas Intec 30 Combination Boilers. These boilers supply Hydronic Heating to the entire house in two seperate zones. They also supply continuous flow domestic hot water throughout. This gorgeous period house is now a comfortable beautiful home with its new owners extremely happy with their investment.

24.01.2022 A beautiful little home in battery Point. Once upon a time it was a Police House. This gorgeous cottage now has Hydronic Heating installed by Tasmanias premiere and dedicated Hydronic Heating Company. We used Immergas Intec 30 Combination Boiler, DeLonghi Radel Steel Panel Radiators and Jaga Towel Rails for the nice warm bathroom.

24.01.2022 A busy day replacing old very tired hot water units today. Starting off in Boomer Bay popping into Glebe and finishing the day in South Arm to a heat pump breakdown.

24.01.2022 Local gas leaks to gas cooker installations to basin taps and repairing a local plumbers big booboo where the client has had to have major works to their beautiful home after the previous plumber assumed something that will cost him dearly. Use a licensed plumber and gas fitter folks, it may cost you a little bit more than the guy down the road, but thats because as a licensed plumber/Gas fitter we are qualified and insured.

24.01.2022 A stunning architectural home in Swan Bay featuring DeLonghi Radel Steel Panel Radiators with Jaga Designer Towel Rails. Our customer is very happy with their new heating, and referred to it being like in North Queensland. They will be moving in in the next few weeks.

22.01.2022 A busy week this week installing a slow combustion stove to give our, (actually this was for some very good friends of mine) hot water. Installing gas cookers, repairing gas leaks and replacing continuous flow hot water units. As well as unclogging some Hydronic Heating along the way. 22.01.2022 Another very busy week for Hydronic Home. Taking good care of our customers removing rotten water tanks and replacing old Hot Water Units, to additional radiator panels in the Old Richmond Hotel.

21.01.2022 Another completed Hydronic Heating Installation in Sandy Bay. Our smart customers are now very ready for winter featuring DeLonghi steel panel radiators with Jaga designer Hydronic Heated towel rails and an Immergas Intec gas boiler. All controlled with the Google Nest thermostat. Our customer quickly painted behind the radiators ready for redecorating.

20.01.2022 Another emergency gas hot water. This hot water unit was a very old unit. As you can see it has rusted out on the case. The inside was no better. As I suspected, the heat exchanger had split. We quickly replaced the hot water unit for our very happy client. We also received a call from a new client with a suspected gas escape. Upon arrival it was evident there was a problem. Both braided hoses from the regulator had split. These were swiftly replaced and our new clients gas back on.

20.01.2022 Installing Hydronic Heating in the middle of summer would have to be the best time to install your heating ready for the colder months to come. Our lovely customers in Mount Nelson had this exact idea, organising for Hydronic Home to come and install in January. We completed this install today. We have installed an Immergas Intec Combination Boiler which is gas fired using LPG. We installed DeLonghi Radel steel panels with two DeLonghi Linear Vertical Panels as a feature in the living and dining rooms and a Richmond heated towel rail in one of the bathrooms. I would also like to wish our new customers the very best of luck with their on the way bundle of joy that will soon make his entrance to our world.

20.01.2022 Hydronic Home are back in the full swing of work. We have some great options for Heating, HotWater and Plumbing in 2020 for all of our existing and new customers. This was a conversion from electric stored hot water in Orford. Its one of our existing long term customers new shack. With a lot of family members frequenting the shack at any time a continuous flow gas hot water unit was the best option to ensure they dont run out of hot water. HAPPY NEW YEAR

20.01.2022 Before and after. Here at Hydronic Home, we see our fair share of atrocities where other people have tried to install Hydronic Heating. We got asked to refit this towel rail that was removed for a bathroom renovation. The first phot is what I found on Monday morning. Unfortunately the builder who was doing the Reno removed the towel rail and tried to conceal the pipework behind his tiles, but then got a bit lost on how to complete the task in a nice, tradesman like fashion. A...s you would expect, we completed the work and concealed the pipework so this new bathroom looks perfect. Obviously the builder will need to do a little bit of patching. This system had been installed around 8 years ago and had never been properly commissioned. We soon fixed that as well as replaced a few damaged components in the boiler. 18.01.2022 Hydronic Home installed continuous flow hot water for a good friend of mine this week. By removing the existing electric hot water unit and re-siting the new gas unit to outside not only will Chris and his family save money they wont run out of hot water. In doing this, we have also opened up the alfresco area where there is a spa. Chris also replaces his electric hot plate for gas. We also installed hot water and gas for another client this week as well as another gas cooker, replaced a toilet and replaced a shower as well as some underfloor heating. 17.01.2022 Just when you think you’ve seen it all. This past week happens! Plumbing emergencies, hot water & gas emergencies all rectified same day and hassle free to our clients. Gas hot water units. A 20+ year old Bosch hot water unit finally decided it had had enough. An elderly gentleman’s home in Midway Point seen Hydronic Home working tirelessly until after 7pm to ensure our new client had hot water. We also returned to upgrade his controllers inside later in the week. We also had an emergency leak whenever another customer used their shower. This was found to be a vermin problem that had eaten the waste connections from the shower to the main drain!

15.01.2022 Out with the old, in with the new! Our client had been having troubles with her Hydronic Heating System for some time. We found who ever had installed it had used undersized pipework which was leaking throughout the install of this beautiful 1825 built home in North Hobart. The original boiler case had been left open for vermin to house themselves and feed off the electrical components and also elements of rain by not sealing the flue penetration through the wall (which was ...far to big). We removed this boiler and all of the pipework, replaced the pipework with the correct size and installed two Immergas Intec 30 boilers. One for downstairs and one for upstairs. This enables our clients to easily zone the two story home to how they prefer to run their heating and be hassle free and warm for many winters to come. If you have a Hydronic Heating System installed by others that is not to standard, you can rely on Hydronic Home to rectify the installation and ensure it is everything it is supposed to be. 14.01.2022 The first two photos are what we found upon arrival to our new customer. The second two are the finished product. We do a lot of gas fitting work. Mostly all is good and compliant to previous and current regulations. From time to time we come across some real dodgy gas fitting work. Like below. My advice would be to ensure you have a fully licensed and insured gas fitter do your work for you. This way you shouldnt have to replace all of your gas installation. This does wind me up the wrong way when we come across this.

13.01.2022 Hydronic Underfloor Heating in Richmond Tasmania completed this week. This lovely new build home has been constructed by Natural State Builders. Hydronic Home working alongside Adrian the builder and the client have created a beautifully constructed and warm home. Its been great working with a builder who actually has the clients best interest at heart. The builder has done a wonderful job to a very high standard. 13.01.2022 Another timely and quality gas hot water unit installed down the Tasman Peninsula. This one was at Nubeena. Our clients evacuated tube cylinder had given up and was leaking all over the roof. We swiftly decommissioned it, removed it from the roof and installed a new Rinnai Continuous Flow Hot Water Unit. We are often down the penninsular installing all types of gas appliances. You can rely on Hydronic Home to get you out of trouble.

13.01.2022 The start of a new Hydronic Underfloor Heating System at Acton Park. This system has Giacomini pipe positioning board with Rehau pipe secured to a concrete slab. It will have another concrete pour over the top. The Manifolds are Uponor manifolds which will create a nice even heat throughout this soon to be beautifully architectural built home by DS Building. There will be more to come once this home is complete. 10.01.2022 A boiler replacement and powerflush of an existing system that has never been maintained. This system is 10 years old. Maintaining your Hydronic Heating is similar to maintaining your car. It is very important to the longevity of your system. We replaced this not so old Sime Boiler with an Immergas Intec 30, installed a MagnaClean and flushed all pipework and the 11 radiators throughout this lovely home in West Hobart. 06.01.2022 Gas fitting for a new home on Carlton Bluff built by #2BBuilding. In all honesty Ive never come across this builder before, but Im glad I have. The workmanship by this builder and his team is beautiful. I should have taken some photos, but Im sure they have their own Facebook page which you could check out. Ive also put on a photo of an email I received from a happy customer who had another plumber out who charged but did not fix the problem. 02.01.2022 Another hot water emergency today in Primrose Sands. Well, not really an emergency. We attended this hot water unit just before Christmas. Due to the client going away for Christmas we advised to isolate the hot water and replace in the new year. So we did it today. 02.01.2022 A gas installing week this week. The first photo shows a before and after in Nubeena. The old gas storage hot water unit has been removed with the new continuous flow hot water re-sited to outside. This has allowed an incredible amount of more room in the clients house. The second and third photo who a gas cooker installed in Glenorchy. The fourth photo is part of a heatpump hot water unit which had broken down. Quite a large Hobart plumbing company couldn’t figure out what was wrong with it and replaced many parts. Which really did not need to be replaced. This annoyed our client as they were without hot water for days. Until we turned up and had it repaired in under an hour!

01.01.2022 A new continuous flow gas hot water unit install for colleagues at a local volunteer fire brigade. This brigade have had a lot of work carried out under a community grant scheme. Hydronic Home did not supply the hot water unit, or the regulator. But we did donate the pipe, fittings, slab and labor to assist in keeping the costs down. We did this to ensure more grant money can be spent elsewhere. And also, because these are my colleagues, just from a different station.
