Here are a few things to remember. - Unlike soil, coco is inert, meaning it requires nutrients with every feed. - Unbuffered generic brand coco will cause a lot of problems when growing so use quality RHP certified coco. - There is a myth saying that you can not overwater coco which is untrue. Do not compress your coco when potting and make sure to feed with 10-20% runoff.... - Coco is forgiving with the capacity to buffer from mistakes that are made with your nutrients feed or when the pump fails. Unlike other hydroponic systems where plants are suspended in water when mistakes are made you can lose your whole crop in a matter of hours. - After when all is done and harvested, your coco can be composted in your garden or reused so nothing is wasted. Make sure to flush with an enzyme agent if you intend to reuse. See more
