To ensure our developments stay on track and we're all aligned, we hold an on-site meeting each week with the Project Manager, Design Manager, Contracts Manager, QA Manager and Safety Manager along with the site team (Site Manager and Foreman). Each department reports on progress and status for the remainder of the week. We feel it’s a great way to stay aligned and ensure we are all on the same page. 05.01.2022 We met Gleb, our Design Manager on-site at Elena Lane Cove to give us an update on how the development is tracking Construction started in May and is tracking well. We finished excavation in mid-September and have had 16 major concrete pours including both parking levels and the transfer slab forming up level 4. The podium structure is almost complete and it will be covered with lots of landscaping. In a couple of weeks internal works will start in the basement and ...the apartments. Elena Lane Cove will be made up of 106 luxury apartments in resort style living with beautiful podium gardens, a movie theatre, infinity edge pool, gym, a kids activity space and so much more. 02.01.2022 2020 year in review - Moment 3: The next proudest moment in our 2020 year in review we commenced construction on Elena Lane Cove and Kira Lane Cove with both projects built on sandstone providing a very solid foundation for their construction Things were a little different with the construction of these projects with a number of COVID safe initiatives being implemented on-site to ensure the safety of all of our workers. We look forward to completing both projects i...n late 2021. 02.01.2022 We're onsite today at Kira Lane Cove where we've reached another milestone in the build with the pouring of 300 cubic metres of concrete to form the basement 1 north suspended slab. There's around 60 people on site working on the pour and preparing for the b2 slab on ground to the southern side of the site It'll be a big couple of weeks to close out the year in style!
