06.01.2022 Be warned ... long post Just like to share a recent experience shopping in Launceston Re FERGIES BETTA INVERMAY HYMARK FURNITURE & adjoining business As any business owner knows "in business it's all at once or not at all!" Hubby & I headed into fergies 60km from home to update our washer & dryer, after a friend highly recommended we go there. I'd done my research, knew exactly which pair I wanted but also knew the size I required weren't in stock anywhere in Tas. ... Waiting patiently while Sandi the Sales lady contacted suppliers, by this time a truck had arrived ready for unloading & numerous other customers suddenly required assistance. What happened next is the most commendable act of "teamwork" I've ever seen. The salesman from HYMARK furniture had no customers so he's popped on over offering his assistance to waiting customers. 10 min later the adjoining business walks in with a tray of coffees & lunch for the staff. 3 businesses all in the same complex, ALL willing to give each other a hand Oh & we saved a fortune, had our washer & dryer delivered, installed & could not have asked for "betta" service!!! Thankyou Sandi & team at Invermay. Thank you @Kymie Harris for you feedback on our store we really appreciate it.
