20.01.2022 The environment is one of the key ingredients to Adventure Therapy. Have you noticed how different you feel inside the four walls vs being out in the open space...? This is our Tuesday sunset paddle. Isn’t the colour just so beautiful? We love it whether it’s rain or shine because we know how to dance in the rain. Our up and coming instructor - Chris led today’s session. He did everything - equipment preparation, briefed and debriefed, provided a few fun activities. And our lead instructor conducted the skill session - a better technique for more efficient paddles - focusing on keeping a straight arm, demonstrated the use of hips and legs. Thanks to All About Paddling for training all our instructors, and Equipped Outdoors for providing the equipment. See YOU next in the WILD

19.01.2022 These guys have just finished five days intensive training in Maastricht interview training for hearing voices and problematic thoughts beliefs and paranoia , delivered by Peter Bullimore and Kate Crawford from the National Paranoia Network UK . We are now hoping to open a Maastricht alternative approach centre .
