Is it that they are too difficult to understand and do or they hurt? You didn’t see how they could help?Something else? Let me know why? 15.01.2022 Ev who is a horse massage therapist, came to me with some gnarly neck pain after a naughty pony caused some damage to her neck and shoulder 1 hour later after some IASTm blading work. Trigger point therapy and neuromuscular facilitation stretches to calm down the over active muscles protecting the damaged area, while lengthening out the shortened muscles, we almost restored full range of motion and reduced significantly the pain felt. Pain reduced even more over the following... days. You can see how we readjusted the shoulders to become level and neutral after treatment reducing the strain experienced. 09.01.2022 Prone scorpions: One of my favorite mobility and warm up drills to use at the start of any session. It’s simple, easy to control and adjust based on a persons abilities and provides an excellent opportunity to open the body up.... Lay on your stomach with your arms outstretched and while keeping as much of your arms and chest on the ground, aim to bring one of your feet up to touch the opposite hand (if you can, if you can’t move it to where is comfortable and doesn’t cause pain) and repeat on the other side. This helps with opening up your hips in a more dynamic way rather than statically as well as the front line of the body and the obliques. Not only this but you begin to work coordination centers of the brain through the very simple act of being your foot to your hand, which is very important component to any training program #bodyweightexercises #mobility #personaltrainers #personaltraining #unconventionaltrainingmethods #functionaltraining #balancebottle
