23.01.2022 ATTENTION ALL: Hyperfit is now running army styled X-Fit classes with our new trainer (ex army soldier). Classes will involve high intensity functional movements with kettlebells, battleropes, medicine balls and lots of burpees! Classes are limited to 4 to ensure a high level of training. 14.01.2022 Congratulations to Jarrod Baird completing a half Iron Man on the weekend, massive effort. For those that don't know, it was a 1.9 km swim, 90.1 km bike, and 21.1 km run, so well done again!

This year I'm teaming up with my brother who just got out of the army to put together a BOOTCAMP like no other. The sessions will be a scaled version of Army physical training. We are starting on the 28th of October and it will run for 8 weeks with 3 morning sessions a week. This should get you ready just in time for beach season.
