Turbochargers are from a late model V10 Audi RS6 C6, both compressor and turbine housings has been profiled and machined to fit a Garrett GT3071 Ball bearing core. Car is an Audi S3 with basic bolton cooler, exhaust, and fuel system upgrade thats currently making 517AWHP / 385AWKWs @ 35psi using P100 fuel internally gated. Full boost by 4000RPM. 01.01.2022 Recent job to share, rebuilding a very blown HKS-2835KAI turbo for a customer chasing original specs. HKS grind custom shapes and sizes of Garrett wheels as their own, it is almost impossible to find drop in parts. Custom wheels has been made to accommodate factory housings for original performance and drive ability.

01.01.2022 Further developments in our ball bearing Audi S4 turbocharger high flow service with a bigger and more efficient turbine. Photo shown comparison against Garrett GT35 turbine that is currently maxing towards 530whp. New combination is expected to reach the 600whp region with the right supporting mods.
