24.01.2022 Handstands are great for all forms of strength and control. Look at your wrists and see how after only 20 minutes, they will feel a little sore but a little stronger too. Give it a go! #Handstandaday #Fitforlife #HyperGym

24.01.2022 *REMINDER!* NO GYMNASTICS MONDAY NOVEMBER 30TH 2020 Our restrictions ease from tomorrow, Tuesday December 1st 2020. ... We are looking forward to seeing you all back in the gym very soon.

23.01.2022 This week would have been the start of Term 2 for 2020 at HyperGym. While we can't be at gym together for the moment, we can still have fun. To make sure that we enjoy our spaces and keep a little fit in these unusual times, I will be doing a handstand a day. If you'd like to join me, send us your photos of you trying a handstand, or a bridge or even your best cartwheel we'll do a compilation of you and every one else at the end of each week until gymnastics can go back. 15.01.2022 The most common issue with the handstand is that not enough are being done. So, start in a lunge and give it a go! A small one is absolutely fine as everyone must start somewhere. Just a quick reminder, not near the TV. #Handstandaday #Fitforlife #HyperGym

02.01.2022 The first step in a handstand is the Bunny Hop. By holding it, you are completing a Tucked Handstand. This is quite often harder than a full handstand as your knees are off center. The bonus however is that you can easily feel your hips balanced on top of your body. Start small or start big, the bunny hop is great for everyone. #Handstandaday #Fitforlife #HyperGym
