10.01.2022 One of our goals at Hyperpanda is to introduce some of the tastiest and easy to prepare middle eastern cuisines to other communities in Australia. Without any doubt, Kokoo Sabzi (Persian: ) is one of the most delicious Iranian dish. Please watch the video in the post or follow the below instruction to prepare this tasty meal. Ingredients (Serves 4): 100G Kokoo Sabzi dried or 300G frozen vegetable mix 100G walnut kernels ... 50G Barberies 3-4 tablespoons cooking oil 3 eggs 2 teaspoons salt 1 teaspoon black pepper A pinch of red pepper powder (optional) Instruction: 1. Add Dried Kokoo Sabzi Vegetable Mix to the bowl, pour hot water and then mix them together. 2. Leave the mix for 15 minutes so that the dried vegetable absorbs the water. 3. Meanwhile, chop walnut kernels into smaller pieces. 4. Wash the barberries. Also, we need two or three eggs. 5. Now it is time to drain the vegetable mix using a sieve to remove the excess water from the vegetable. 6. Now, add the drained vegetable to a bowl, crack the eggs, add chopped walnuts and barberries. 7. Then add salt, black and red pepper and mix them together. 8. Now the fun part starts :) Preheat a pan or oven, add some cooking oil and the mix to the pan or oven tray. 9. Let it cook for 30 to 40 minutes until the mix gets crispy. You can put the lid halfway through cooking to make sure the top gets cooked. 10. If you use oven, please set the temperature to 180 degree of centigrade and cook for 30 to 40 minutes in a fan forced setting. 11. Cut the cooked Kokoo Sabzi into square shape pieces and enjoy!
