08.01.2022 B A L A N C E I strongly believe that everything in life is about having the right balance. And a balanced diet is an important aspect to staying happy and healthy. While I predominantly eat a plant based whole food diet, I do very much enjoy a good hot chips and vegan ice cream at the beach. I don’t beat myself up over it, I don’t go and train twice as hard to burn it off.
