18.01.2022 This week I have been busy with lots of hypnobirthing mums and dads, and I have been working in class, private sessions and Skype, in Australia and as far away as Jakata. I had my babies 27 and 29 years ago but i still get the tingles and the euphoria spread over me when i talk about the release of the "love hormones" that flow immediately after the birth or your baby. I am still amazed, all these years later, about the magical love that fills you as soon as you and your your baby connect..... I think its the thing i warn mums to be about the most, its not expected, its not imaginable, its like Mother Nature has a never ending bucket of love that she empties on you as you take your first gaze. Some days I wish I could do it all over again.....

18.01.2022 Another Angel arrives on the plant. This is what her mum said about Hypnobirthing!!! I had a positive experience with birth after 2 terrible births. Sharon tought me hypnobirthing in a private lesson in the comfort of my own home with my 2 children 3yrs and 1yrs old. When labour started i felt excited. I used headphones to block the screams of other women in the birth suit and manage to get some sleep. When i woke i was breathing my baby down. I had a lovely midwife who neve...r interfered until i asked for assistance once the baby's head was out. Once I'd delivered her there was a huge sence of pride. I'd had my baby as nature intended. No tear and my baby was born at peace. She fed straight away with a good stong latch. Through out my whole labour i never timed contractions or was check to see how dilated i was. It just didn't seam important. My body knew what to do. Thanks again sharon See more

Do NOT expect to feel hypnotised. DO expect to feel relaxed, aware, comfortable and in control. Hi Sharon, I've been meaning to message for a long time and think of it at the wrong times!... I just wanted to let you know that I had a beautiful little daughter in the 28/6, 9 days after her due date. Daisy. I had the most beautiful water birth and a very fast labour. A bit over an hour from start to finish and the endorphins to follow immediately made me excited to do it again. I was only at the birth centre for 5-10 mins before Daisy was born. Thank you for your course. I have to say I don't think I was very hypnotised at the time, in fact very present! But I was able to really relax and that was what was important to me. I really focused on my relaxed jaw. And luke did the arm strokes as I was in the bath between birth of head and body and that also was incredible. Thank you
