Hypnosis is the field of working in varying states of consciousness to achieve positive change within a person's mind set. Hypnosis works with the states of consciousness that every single human being naturally and often unconsciously move between on a daily basis - the moment before you fall asleep and before you awake in the morning, at times while driving... where your 'automatic pilot' kicks in, when you decompress in front of the television after a big day. We move through these states without even needing to try.
