19.01.2022 There has been an unsettled feeling gnawing at me over the last few weeks, an unsettledness with decisions that I was making and how they were going to impact others. And, when it kept gnawing at me, I reached out to my Coach to help me process it and work through it... And what came out of the session was a massive 'ah-ha'. Now, I'm a huge advocate for taking personal responsibility. For being self aware. For being considerate and respectful of others. What I hadn't been ...aware of is just HOW MUCH responsibility I was taking... for everything!!! My over active sense of responsibility meant that I carry a huge amount of guilt for my actions or inactions... And if I'm honest, its also the key that allows me to be swayed or manipulated to meet the expectations or needs of others (real or perceived) over my own. But, I'm not the orchestrating the universe, I'm not writing or directing other people's scripts, I'm not determining the contracts that they are here to fulfil or the lessons they need to learn. Phew! What a relief. That pattern has been ingrained for soooo long. Feels good to let it go. It got me wondering though... How many of you take TOO much responsibility for what goes on around you?

07.01.2022 Crying can actually be good for you. A study from the University of Minnesota (Dr. William Frey), found that crying (triggered by emotions) improves the mood of 88% of people and it can also help with healing, boosting immunity and reducing levels of anger and stress.

04.01.2022 If you could sit on this chair and have a conversation with anyone at all, who would it be?
