22.01.2022 I had a wonderfully relaxing day, watching the rain and listening as it fell on the roof and the dry, dry lawn. Reading, eating and drinking ............ paradise! No interruptions or distractions. Should be more days like this.

17.01.2022 My daughter Linda and I drove to the Blue Mountains yesterday to visit a friend whose home had escaped the wrath of the recent bush fires. She directed us to Y...ellow Rock. In just one street, 30 homes had literally gone up in smoke along with several cars. Blue chemical spray covered the debris which she informed us was to prevent asbestos from continuing to contaminate the air. The areas of bush that the fire raced through are left blackened and distorted. I wish all the residents of these areas the very best for their future. See more

This area has the most beautiful scenery, it was here that the movie "Babe" was filmed. We had a great day visiting all the points of interest to us. Has any one else lived in that area? See more
