22.01.2022 A scientifically controlled study conducted by German researchers at the University of Kassel has shown that while the chest area of an average person emits onl...y 20 photons of light per second, someone who meditates on their heart center and sends love and light to others emits an amazing 100,000 photons per second. That is 5000 times more than the average human being. Numerous studies have also shown that when these photons are infused with a loving and healing intent, their frequency and vibration increases to the point where they can literally change matter, heal disease, and transform negative events. The Heart also Loves, feels, thinks and remembers and communicates with other Hearts. It stores information and continually with each beat pulses this information through the body. 20.01.2022 I was so excited for class last weekend with The Eagles & Dolphins class and it did not disappoint The Butterflies class is up next, starting tomorrow and I am just as excited Module is Body Psychotherapy & Dynamic Pain Control. I have had a couple of weeks off, so I am really excited to be back on deck!... I am so honoured to train these amazing students. Our classes got so big we have had to split them into 3 groups for quality of Training, & more intimate classes for doing 'the work'. No more than 10 students per class. Our students were commenting in class over the weekend, what an amazing Community we have created within the Training. Our students bond with each other, and with we Trainers as well. It really is a Sacred Space for growth. We are just about to open up a 4th class and a 5th in the planning, and classes are almost finished for 2020. Our classes recommence in February 2021, and students will work on their theory over the holidays. We also have midweek classes on Wednesdays and Thursdays for our Butterflies group, Did I mention that I LOVE my work? You will not find more thorough Training than ours, and certainly none that offer Trauma Training. Our Director of Training - Kaz Field Anderson Specialises in Trauma, PTSD & Anxiety, so as a Trainer, that is what Kaz brings to the table. Kaz has developed her own Program for PTSD & Trauma, that has been very successful in Treating PTSD & Trauma in a rapid timeframe. Included in our Diploma is Year 1 in Gestalt Psychotherapy. We don't just train in Hypnotherapy, we train you as a Therapist, to work with Trauma, PTSD, Anxiety, Stress, as well as the usual Quit Smoking, Weight Loss, Breaking Habits, Addictions etc. Don't let the low price tag fool you into thinking that it can't be that good for this low price. We had reduced our fees drastically due to covid, to be of service to those who lost their jobs and needed to retrain. Our fees were originally $13,000. Then the recession hit, and we reduced them to $6850, then covid. 07.01.2022 We were talking about this in class the other day. Wouldn’t it be so nurturing if we turn to face each other for support and warmth during difficult times, instead of trying to carry the weight on our own...pretending we are ok...when we really are not. Because I work with a lot of Trauma, I wear a lot of bright Sunflower tops and dresses. Sunflowers are bright, happy and spread joy. A bit like my work really.... What we wear can affect how we feel, and also how others feel when they look at us. Our subconscious scans the whole picture and surmises a general feeling. Darker colours...like black, actually absorb negative energy, and the wearer may not want a part of themselves to be seen. Let’s keep an eye out on those we care about, and be there for each other. Let’s be each others Sunflowers

Pain IS manageable and pain reduction is something I'll be able to offer my friends and clients. I'm so freaking happy!! If you google the statistics of pain globally, and in Australia specifically, it's absolutely unacceptable that there is no better pain management care available to us. Luckily I will know how to help YOU drastically reduce your pain.
