25.01.2022 New roof structure for extention and raised the pitch of the existing to gain a 3 degree fall and put a nice neat lid on it.

25.01.2022 The Client put our skills to the test with this Balgowlah job, custom flashings of all kinds from tapered nook windows to a huge 6m window centre piece with flashings designed to stand out with workmanship we are extremely proud of. The barge caps are wider than usual and wrap down and into the clip lock cladding for beautiful seemless finish. + 2 beautiful Velux powered skylights. All the cladding framed and flashed with thin flashings to bring out the lines of the clip lock sheets. Everything on this job was custom from the facia and gutters right through up to the ridge caps.

21.01.2022 WARNING: we went back to a job where our quote was rejected to find the customer had gone with another quote,surprise surprise the cheapest quote. This job is under 3 months old and apart from the horrendous workmanship there is rust everywhere from not blowing off the roof properly among other things.this job was done by a reputable company in the Sutherland shire and goes to show you cant be to carful. I know tradies say it all the time but the reason why companies like ou...rs and many other great companies around sydney are a bit higher is that we care, we put time, effort,the correct materials and most of all pride into the work we do. This poor client bore has half her ceiling on the floor soaking wet, constant leaks etc while trying to run a business. Be mindful who you are hiring and question why the are cheaper, doesnt hurt to ask questions. See more

21.01.2022 Some shots from our oyster bay renovation: all new Scyon stria cladding, new windows and doors including a nice glass to glass corner window which took some serious beams, new merbau front deck, merbau front fence and side gate,front deck and back deck glass balustrade.

17.01.2022 This one came out really nice, doesnt look like much but was a tricky roof and lift shaft to get everything perfect and working well with the existing house.

14.01.2022 Love how this turned out, was a very separated space so we took a couple of walls out, installed some large steel beams,posts all the way down to new pad footings with minimal disturbance to the area. New Kitchen and extended the laminate floors for a beautiful finish.

08.01.2022 Spotted gum deck with storage access, bench seat and stairs. The odd shape and sharp angle of this deck was a challenge but its come up beautifully.

07.01.2022 Our first large scale industrial job is taking shape building a steel roof structure on top of a concrete control room bunker. Its 80m long and 22m wise with 187 individual post set at different heights creating a 5 degree pitch with a secondary smaller roof pitch the other direction to accommodate for a large cable tray. Should be done in a couple more weeks ready for @lukeagram and the boys to come and install the roof sheeting and cladding.

06.01.2022 Extended our previously built pergola to cover the entrance to the house, this as well as new fascia,gutters and capping makes the house look like its got a brand new roof on it from street view and provided and awesome entertaining area and front entrance.

03.01.2022 Thanks so much to our trusting engadine clients who let me get creative with this wave merbau privacy screen,I havent seen it done before and have had it in my head for a long time but having no Picures to show it all came down to trust. Stoked with the results and if anyone else has any crazy design ideas or wants me to come up with something different and special in your home feel free to get in contact. So hard to get a good photo to do this privacy screen justice but will be some pro photos of this and the rest of the work we did on this entertaining deck soon.
