20.01.2022 We are very excited to be part of a major international design firm's consultant team who has been shortlisted as one of four teams in the running for the North Queensland Stadium project. This will be a significant project for Townsville!!!!!

18.01.2022 4th day of consultation in Atherton for Tablelands Regional Council. 2nd day of public consultation at the Silo Sopping Centre. All positive feedback from the community. Very rewarding exercise.

18.01.2022 Very lucky to be flown down to Melbourne next month and staying at the Crown to attend the Thincbrick Awards night. One of our projects is up for another design award!!!! Fingers crossed!!!!!

12.01.2022 Recently completed work at the new Townsville Grammar Junior Campus at North Shore by Naturform. Our design has come up quite well. Hopefully the kids will like it.

11.01.2022 Feeling a little sad tonight as today marks the day when we close the doors on HJLA after 8 wonderful years. BUT, T the same time feeling very excited to be starting work tomorrow for 'Place Design Group' in their Townsville office. Looking forward to catching up with all my clients and colleagues over the coming week with new contact details.

06.01.2022 It's been a while since we've posted anything. Here are 2 colour rendered plans Nathan from our office has put together for a new park which is currently under construction at Greater Ascot here in Townsville. This park will be completed all going well by Christmas. The park is being constructed by Naturform. the tower structure (also designed & documented by us) is being constructed by Doble Homes. Cant wait to see it all complete!!!

04.01.2022 We'll know at the end of the week if the 'Solomontown Beach Plaza' project we designed and documented in Port Pirie, South Australia has won another award. The project was nominated and has been shortlisted in the 2015 IPWEA SA Excellence Awards. Winners announced on Friday night (22 May). We've also nominated the project in the Qld AILA (Australian Institute of Landscape Architects) Design Awards - winners announced next Friday night (29th May). Fingers crossed!!!

02.01.2022 We are currently looking at some design work for outdoor spaces at the Urban Quarter 1 unit development in Hanran Street, Townsville, CBD. Looking forward to seeing this one further developed and hopefully constructed over the coming months.
