We all have an essential role to play on supporting our employees, work mates, friends and family by educating them about mental health and creating an open discussion, promoting awareness that can help create an accessible and positive workplace. ... We believe that the work environment affects staff in many positive and negative ways. That is why one of our beliefs at I2R is taking care of the physical and mental health of our team mates, families and community members. We believe that creating a mentally healthy workplace has an overall boost to individuals well-being. Today we were lucky enough to have a local Ambassador for R U OKAY DAY Karen Snaidero come in and talk to us about mental health. Jean Blan & Cooper Collins also challenged themselves in a nugget eating competition. Jean consumed an impressive 50 nuggets in 30 minutes. We raised $500 for Ronald McDonald house.
