20.01.2022 L A S T M I N U T E A P P O I N T. I’ve had a cancellation for tomorrow Thursday 11TH JUNE @10.30am. PM me if it’s yours Cleland Conservation Park... How did you spend the long weekend ?

20.01.2022 I got to hear from these sisters at convention and think the message they’re sharing here is an important one on safety when using essential oils.

20.01.2022 Quick update to let you know it’s business as usual in clinic. Even without COVID-19 the practice observes a number of standard protocols like thoroughly washing hands, airing and wiping down the treatment table between clients. As a further measure, clients will also be asked to wash their hands and where any symptoms of feeling unwell are noticed please reschedule your appointment. The clinic naturally observes social distancing too by allowing extra time between clients. ... At this point I AM encouraging clients to keep their appointments. Kinesiology is a gentle manual therapy that assists recuperation. The other benefit in what we’re all experiencing at the moment is improved response to stress and fear. Remember our children co-regulate so it will benefit them too. Have a wonderful week. Amy X

19.01.2022 The storm before the beautiful rainbow or something to that affect. Packing up our home this week, representative of rapid change in our life, new way of being and the culmination of creation.

16.01.2022 We all benefit from a good unplug. Getting away for me can be counter intuitive where THIS busy mind makes it harder than it should be and yet every time, I come home feeling more balanced and clear. The change in scenery helps I agree but it’s even more physiological than that. Our nervous system literally get this precious reboot away from everyday stress. Kinesiology is a manual therapy that encourages this same stress release but will also help the nervous system adapt po...sitively to stress that otherwise uses up our energy. . . . I have a late cancellation this Friday 9TH OCT @12.00. Next availability 23RD @3.30. Enjoy the last bit of the long weekend. Amy X

13.01.2022 . . Could I add though: YES, CHOOSE how you want respond but don’t just ‘let anger go’. If not in that moment, at another time examine it. Feel into it. Welcome and understand it, and then release it. Otherwise we’re just stuck in a loop managing behavior (ours and our childrens’).

13.01.2022 I Love 'muscle checking' because it takes the guess work out of working with clients. Muscle checking verifies 'their' Stress reaction to the problem rather than my perception of it.

11.01.2022 If you have anything lingering at the moment get as much fresh air and sunshine as you can. Look to all the ways you can support your body naturally so it can do the best job it knows how to to ward off common coughs, colds and viruses. If you don’t know where to start I’m happy to offer up some daily habits + ways to naturally soothe symptoms. This is me killing two birds with one stone #painting #renovating #sunshine

10.01.2022 Let there be light. Ceiling window installed today as renovations come to a close. Our decision, or vision for life to be more simple beginning to take affect.

10.01.2022 What is Kinesiology? Pronounced kin-es-iology. It’s muscle checking and many allied health professionals like chiros use it as a verification tool. Not as common in Australia, but even nurses use it in places like Germany and other parts of Europe as a diagnostic tool. Kinesiologists use the tool of muscle checking to verify stress reactions in the mind and body. They don’t diagnose, instead look at symptoms as an expression of our nervous system’s ability to adapt appropriately, or not. By helping facilitate your nervous system to adapt/find new pathways, it frees up your available energy for long term recuperation and reduces the need for compensations.

10.01.2022 Ahh to FEEL connected, remain in the critical thinking part of the brain even when we’re experiencing high emotions is definitely the next step in our evolution. . . Kinesiology is a gentle manual therapy that can help build and strengthen new neurological pathways to nurture our capacity for greater emotional intelligence. .... . Next availability at our new location 54 Renmark Avenue {@santosha building Friday 9TH OCT @4.00 Friday 23RD OCT @3.30 See more

09.01.2022 This is absolutely a narrative I believe we’re heading towards. Leaning into our emotions rather than pushing them down or away as a way of building our emotional capacity and resilience #EQ If music is something that naturally resonates with you, I highly recommend you start following Allison Davies whose whole ethos centres around brain care rather than behaviour management.... Kinesiology can also support this process and is a safe space to help you navigate how you’re relating to the world. Amy X

08.01.2022 We squeezed in a cross line class Saturday night. I loved the contrast between @mygoodnessessentials @shannelenewbery and @gretchenfraser. Thank you for opening up your cool little inner city courtyard for more learning, connection and vulnerability at convention.

06.01.2022 The truth is I felt really vulnerable at my first doTERRA convention. Listening to so many stories of adversity that lead to people finding strength or receiving total compassion from nearly strangers activated something deep inside of me. I knew about doTERRA’s co-impact sourcing model but it wasn’t until convention I fully understood the gravitude of its ability to make a sustainable impact on communities across the world, many of them third world. Buying doTERRA essential oils really does mean I VOTE with my dollar. My final thought though, everyday we get to show up in a way that can change someone’s course.

04.01.2022 When you’re stressed where do you FEEL it? If at all. I grew up not knowing any of this. Now I recognise how disassociated from my body I was. There’s lots of subtle signs and despite the narrative we’ve all grown up believing ‘that we need to be tough’ I don’t mind sharing BS. YOUR vulnerability is your Super Power. When that becomes our new narrative we’re all going to begin to thrive. Have a great week. A P P O I N T M E T S A V A I L. T H I S W E E K... 1 9 T H J U N E @1.00 @2.00 See more

02.01.2022 Who agrees nature is so healing? Whose experienced being in nature, and noticed how their mind and body comes back into equilibrium; without even trying it balances itself. I remembered that inner wisdom this weekend as I took part in the doTERRA convention.... I was reminded that plant medicine isn’t woe woe, or new or alternative. We’re made of the same stuff which is WHY it’s so bioavailable to every cell of our being. I‘ve left convention feeling strong in my own skin. I want my kids growing up in right relationship with our current health care model and empowered with natural solutions to support themselves daily. Namaste doTERRA, your impact on the world is SO important and I’m proud to be apart of it.

02.01.2022 It’s been a long time since my first pilates mat class way back when. For me movement’s always been - but now more than ever critical to balancing our nervous system. Thank you Georgia at Wellness Pilates Renmark - just another local hero business truly embodying resilience in times of rapid change. NOW offering online classes!
