I’m manifesting big things incoming, I choosing to step into the Mars Retrograde uplevel, it is done and next years in-person events will be all of my dreams come true. 2020 is the antidote for ‘only using the good plates on special occasions’ fuck that shit.

23.01.2022 CW: food and eating ‘stuff’ It’s been a day of stories. I went to the doctor to look at some ways to eliminate my pain issues that have spiked since le covs. ... And we talked food. As much as I didn’t want to admit it, when I was swimming I had serious stories about my weight and then in my later years I’d ‘punish’ myself by not eating because well, I wasn’t the athletes body anymore so I didn’t ‘deserve’ to eat. This has been a day. I’m actually pretty conscious of my diet as a whole, but it looks like I’m about to step in up a notch. But it’s a new beginning. Anti-inflammatory vego meal suggestions welcome.

22.01.2022 I remember the day I resigned from my corporate job. It had been coming for a while, but what tipped me over the edge was doing some research (as a coach) and then having my managers hire an external coach to do the work I said was needed, when I was sitting right.there. desperate for some fulfilling work and acknowledgement of what I could contribute to our team. After one session with the external coach, they ended the partnership. But for me, the deed was already done. ... We will continue to be pushed by the universe in the direction of our dreams until it’s literally SCREAMING at us to follow our hearts desires. This is magic, and we forget that there is so much of it present for us all the time. Your life will continually give you opportunities to uplevel, to follow that niggle, and these magic moments will often come in moments where it feels like the universe is treating you like shit. BUT, what we don’t realise in those moments is that the universe is actually doing the opposite, it’s showing us our worth, we just have to be the BRAVE one and take the leap. This can show up in relationships too, gawd. I dated this guy that only wanted to watching NCIS on a Friday night EVERY WEEK and, well you can guess the outcome. When you’re feeling the pinch, the universe is leading you towards something so beautiful you can’t even imagine. It’s your job to then take the leap. Your ego is going to find all the ways to discourage you. Not enough money. How will I do x,y and z? What will my family think? What if I fail!?! Babes, what if you fly?! What if this is your moment!?! You know I got chu. As long as you’re in my corner, you will always have a person who believes in your magic.

18.01.2022 My parents said to me yesterday, when you were a kid you were always in another world, talking to another being, that’s how you survived what you had to go through. A friend of mine said to be a few weeks ago, I feel like you’re so exhausted, you need to lock yourself away and head to Hogwarts for a few hours or write your fantasy novel, it revives you. It’s true, sometimes living in this world is exhausting and can drain us light leaders, it’s so human to be grounded on an... earthly plain all the time. Our inner magic craves some ethereal moments. That’s why I am so proud and excited for #theforest it’s a true homecoming for me and the magical teachers that are meeting us there are so incredibly beautiful!! 18.01.2022 Happy Sunday Babes! I forgot to do #wiltwchallenge last week!!! And this week, I can’t be fucked to wash my hair, so it’s gonna be a no picture post. #keepinitreal So, you know what I learnt this week, sometimes I am my worst enemy. I was so cooked/touked by Wednesday that I couldn’t really speak and I had slipped into bitterness (classic projector), and the only thing I could do was watch four hours of Harry Potter. I started with the Half Blood Prince, it was freakishly li...ke watching what’s happening in the world now... And you know what it did, it filled up my cup. Then on Thursday, @rosemason2017 my bestie came over, we had coffees and then danced for you. Then another bestie @nicrowan chatted with me about some HUGE stuff, and it was profoundly healing. I’d put myself to the bottom of my pile, sometimes life happens and you do that, I’m ok with that. It’s being human. But, it was a beautiful lesson again. This lockdown has been tough as. But like life, the lesson is to listen to your heart. If you’re feeling edgy or bitter, that’s probably telling you something. Your natural state is joy, will you let yourself get there?

16.01.2022 On December 30,2020 we closed off six months of work, laughter, love and tears as the new StarGazers stepped out into the world. I love working in groups like this and feel so inspired by the humans that take part in them. For now, StarGazers is taking a back seat, but my new program is coming soon. A year is just a time construct and sometimes it’s about living a day at a time. What is meant for you will always be yours, and remember whatever you desire is already coming your way. It’s the truth. Even if some days it doesn’t feel like it. We feel anxious or stressed when we’re trying to rush the universe. Breathe beautiful one. ... 03.01.2022 I had my first spiritual experience (that I remember) when I was seven. Archangel Michael came to me one night and said, ‘Elle. I’m here for you and I’ll be working alongside you for this lifetime. I am your support being’. So, quite naturally I told some peeps, they were like WHAT?!! And my seven year old self closed off my ability. It was too scary. But, at 22 I walked back through the door to my truth and even if I’ve wobbled a bit from time to time, I’ve never looked bac...k. Being intuitive is not a gimmick, but a way of life, yessss. I see unicorns in my loungeroom and in the parks, but it’s more than that. It’s coming home.
