Superset means alternating between two different exercises with minimal rest, which will help burn more calories, build muscle endurance and strength and can help with time management. This pic below shows a torsion pole chest press and tricep box dip compound superset to get the most out of those target areas, which work closely together An example of an antagonist superset would be a bicep curl coupled with a tricep push down, which means one muscle contracts whilst the other relaxes. Yet I'm still pulling you as much as I can! why don't you try and climb a little harder?!" The moral of this story is: You can't see the pressure the other person is under, and the other person can't see pain that you're in. This is life, no matter whether it's with work, family, feelings or friends we should try to understand each other. Learn to think differently, perhaps more clearly and communicate better. A little thought and patience goes a long way.

With his permission he allowed me to share this powerful post! Please read on... "This is me. No. This WAS me. 16 March 2020 I arrived at work, went into the armoury and put my gun in my mouth. I had my finger on the trigger and began squeezing. In a moment of clarity I thought, But then my mates will f...ind me. I wasn’t going to do it there, where they would have to deal with it (then and for years to come). I locked my equipment away and booked off sick. I made a solid plan with built in redundancies to take my life. My plans unravelled when my wife discovered what was happening. As a result I spent a few weeks in hospital, have regular appointments with WAPOL and private psychiatrist and psychologists. The road to recovery isn’t an easy one to travel. It is hard. It’s a road I’m still on. Some days are good, some are hard. I am grateful every day for the support of my team, my District Superintendent, WAPOL Health and Safety Branch, my small team of private doctors and mostly my friends and family. Until now only those closest to me have known about this, because I was ashamed. I was ashamed that I let things get so bad that the only way I could see to stop the pain to end everything. The decision to make this post came about when one of my closest friends told me that he went to get help himself, because of me. Because I told him my story. This post is not designed to garner sympathy or renown, but If sharing what I have been through can inspire just one more person to put their hand up and ask for help rather than hurting themselves and everyone around them, this is worth it.
