10.01.2022 I am deeply passionate about my family and our business. I actually work everyday(in some way), anyone with a business will know what I mean.. So its vital we eat well, especially ME! Nutrition is absolutely everything! As a family my boys have been brought up on organic fruit n veges, and real food from the ground. So one thing that makes life so much easier for our family is ordering healthy organic meals! . My son and I have been ordering from the AMAZING @ketogenickitche...nau !!! and are so HAPPY!! We order, it gets delivered to our door, we freeze and when those busy days and nights come we simply pull out HEAT AND EAT!!! . REAL FOOD, ORGANIC AND ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!!! I always get asked what I eat!! Here is my first meal for the day and its 12 pm.. probiotic yogurt with toasted nuts followed by a grain free base Vegetarian pizza!!!!! YUMMY? HELL YES!!! . 08.01.2022 When I was about this amazing beings age I watched a movie that ignited a charge inside of me that I will never forget. It was Madame I Butterfly (well that’s what I remember it as!!) An amazing lady who saved thousands of children in the war. I loved it so much I told every one my middle name was Madame i butterfly !!! That charge is still in me, I feel it everyday. From a young age I used to dream and visualise my future EVERY NIGHT !!! I would dream I owned a house th...at saved children or that I managed a jewellery shop! I also visualised I would marry a Beautiful Maori with green eyes and dreadlocks that loved me so deeply and we had a little boy!!! I didn’t stop, not for one day!! You ask any of my friends... I would talk about how this healing Centre would feel when you walked into it! Friends today I said to my Maori Husband (my best friend) bub every day is like a holiday!!! . FRIENDS why am I sharing this with you, is because I want to remind YOU, that you are LIMITLESS!! That you have ALL YOU NEED AND MORE WITH IN YOU TO turn your dreams into REALITY!!!!! I laid in the bath tonight thinking wholey SHIT SONIA you have everything you have ever wanted!!!! And friends I am not talking just material I AM TALKING EMOTIONALLY AND SPIRITUALLY!! And it didn’t just magically COME TO ME, I worked hard every day to become aware of my thoughts, actions and words! And that is why I am sharing this...
