23.01.2022 Most of us live our daily life in a state of survival. This looks like stress, imbalance, fear, sadness, grief, loss, limitation, lack of focus and clarity, jud...gement and criticism. We feel separate and responsible, bound by time and other resources that remind us we are in lack (money, environment), illness/physical pain and degeneration... The flip side of this is to live in a state of co-creation. This looks like optimal health and wellbeing, balance, love, trust, joy, open, we feel connected, notice abundance, believe in magic and possibility, feel creative and motivated. You can experience a state of co-creation each day. We get there by connecting with something that helps us feel love, joy and gratitude. In order to thrive, we need to feel connected to something greater than us. We need to feel supported. And reminded we are not alone and reminded of our truth, who we really are See more

I feel like such a flog saying that Just lighting your mood a little before chatting about what’s next now that I have completed Reiki Master’s. Inner child work... This has been scaring the out of me for decades! I knew I needed to dive into it but always found an excuse not to do the work. Well today is the day I start the 1:1 process with Michelle House A fun mixture of Larrikin and Light Worker! Just the right combination to hold space for healing So what is inner child work? You make an effort to contact, listen to , communicate and nurture your inner child, you are guided to heal the roots of your issues as an adult. 19.01.2022 . Cocoa Ceremony’s Have you ever been a part of a Cocoa Ceremony before? ... I hadn’t until last New Moon and let me tell you - it was AhhhhhMazinggggggg! My heart chakra has never felt so activated, full of love or balanced like this before. I am obsessed! I truly mean this in a deep and vulnerable way. There will always be shadows, those shadows may have caused you to shut down from truly feeling or experiencing love deeply. I know this because I feel this through my own experiences. After rolling my eyes with all the hype that surrounded this wonder potion I’m so grateful that I followed my intuition that led me to trust Ceri from Spellbound Boutique and Alex from House Of Zen I can’t wait for tonight’s ceremony! That is why you feel a pull to see me. ... The main priority I have facilitating space for you is that you feel safe, accepted, validated and heard. My intention for you is to leave my space feeling relived, lighter and most importantly? Like you don’t have a wound left wide open and unattended to. Years ago, when I started to see Alternative Therapists, I had the fear of letting go. On a deeper level? I was afraid of having an empty space or void where the pain I would be letting go was. What if letting go felt worse than carrying my pain? So that’s where my Reiki Path started. Since then? I am becoming more and more authentically me. This I would like to begin by acknowledging the Gunditjmara people, Traditional Custodians of the land on which we gathered, and pay my respects to their Elders past and present. I extend that respect to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.... December 21st, it was a a potent day, Summer Solstice and a very rare alignment taking place known as the Great Conjunction. The Great Conjunction represents the changing of an era, and a time where we shift our way of viewing the world. In this clip my offering was unconditional love for all through Ceremonial Cacao. Little did I know that my whole year was preparing me for this special gift! Ceremonial Cacao opens the heart chakra and provides you with everything you need at the time. It is truly magic The first time I experienced this wonder was with Alex From House of Zen and Ceri Spellbound Boutique at their New Moon Circle in August . It was life changing. Before that moment I had never tangibly felt my heart’s energy or love. Billy Fox my dear friend, amazing Sharman and gift to humanity reached out to me one day and asked how to make Cacao! I had started to learn how to be a Barista and said to Billy if it’s not done right it will taste like water Little did I know that I just signed myself up to make Ceremonial Cocoa for his gathering. In the lead up to the day I perfected my recipe, grounded, cleansed at the ocean, collected rainwater, petals and ingredients thoughtfully sourced from very special people to ensure that everything was love. In this video was the completion of the Ceremonial Cacao. Billy is adding his magic while I’m Reiki Infusing love into this beautiful elixir. It was a magical moment that I won’t forget anytime soon. 08.01.2022 . Grandfather Sky Yesterday I was meh and after pulling a card to use as a Journaling Prompt I now understand why. ... The Universe always knows if you look and listen for guidance! Here is a snapshot of what this card means. Card Meaning: Time to reach for the sky! Expansive energy, vitality, health, healing and passion - these qualities are expanding in your life You're entering into an expansive cycle. Do not hold back and repress what you feel; your body and spirit will become drained. If you strive to meet everyone's expectations, but forget to honour your own needs your energy field will become dull. If you allow your emotions and needs the freedom to be spontaneously expressed, waves of incredible energy will expand inside you. Yesterday's card has a gentle and friendly reminder that by taking time out to feel and process we are able to learn, lean in and evolve. This is truly beautiful. 07.01.2022 . What is Reiki??? A form of energy healing / alternative therapy originating Form Japan in the 1800’s... The word Reiki is pronounced Ray-Key Rei represents Universal Ki represents Life Force Energy. It all sounds a bit silly right? It just doesn’t make sense! But....... When you think about it. Everything is made up of Atoms, the basic building blocks of ordinary matter. Atoms can join together to form molecules, which in turn form most of the objects around us. So if you look at scientifically or spiritually it simply means intentionally moving energy around. Every Reiki Practitioner or Master/Teacher has their own way of facilitating the space they work in to assists their clients needs. The way I facilitate a consultation goes like this: We have a chat about what’s been happening, the same as you would chat with a friend over coffee. Then... You lay on the massage table (fully clothed) with your head resting on a soft comfy pillow. I tuck you in with a warm luxurious blanket and cover your eyes with an eye pillow. After this? You lay down for half an hour or more and I hover my hands over your body’s auric field and work with your invisible energy centres. When this is all over you will feel like you have had a peaceful nights sleep. Personally I have learned Reiki over 4 years and continue to learn something new everyday. I have obtained the highest level in training Reiki Master / Teacher. I’ve learned level 1 and Reiki Practitioners twice and obtained Reiki Masters through my mentor Loretta from Nourished Energy last year. Being a Reiki Master under Loretta’s guidance means that I have made a commitment to Master my life. This means that I’m a continual work in progress. I honour this up by having regular appointments with a Therapist and Alternative Practitioners. 07.01.2022 . Love- thanks to the wisdom from Loretta Nourished Energy . Recently, one of my clients had closed her heart to love. Because the disappointment of not feeling it and receiving it was too painful. What if we removed the expectation of love being only something we receive from another person?... What if love was felt every time we smelt a flower? What if love was felt every time we laughed? What if love was felt every time we walked past the mirror? Love isn’t something that is conditional, and has a limited supply. Despite the story your younger self created, Love is everywhere, always, infinite. We can’t rely on another person to give it to us - because they too have stories. All you need to do is place your hand on your heart, close your eyes to be reminded that your heart centre, your centre of love is also the centre of your soul. As you exist, so too does your love and your ability to receive it as much as you give it. You’re worthy of love, from everywhere! But most of all, your worthy of your own love, the greatest and most healing of all I am sure this resonates with many of you like it has with me. See more

05.01.2022 . Every Dog has their day am I right? I’m feeling a bit Meh which is absolutely beautiful, it’s not real to be bubbly and happy all the time. I have no idea why people feel so guilty about needing space. I’d rather people feel comfortable around me opposed to feeling like they need to walk on eggshells. The happiest of people often retreat from society to fill their cup, that’s why they are so happy ... When I’m feeling Meh I like to: Listen to music that speaks to my emotions. Drink my coffee slowly. Be selective about the people I interact with. Use Geranium essential oil. Bathe in a ritual salt bath for hours. Journal it out. Send love to those who need it. Rest. Rest. Rest and more Rest. After this process I come out all shiny again and ready to sparkle kindness around like it’s confetti. See more

I thought I had better reintroduce my self to you so here goes: I’m Kacie, Reiki Master, Intuitive Card Reader and a bit of a mover and shaker. If you need to leap but feel afraid I’ll be here cheering you on! In the picture is me and my doggo Maverick. He is more human than dog I think I love houseplants, my kids, almond lattes and unicorns, you can decide what order they go in I have recently moved back home to Heywood, as a child I grew up just down the road in Portland. I thought that I’d never come back, yet here I am. I love having the mixture of bush land and the ocean at my fingertips. I cannot wait for Covid to go away so I can reconnect with Primary School friends again. When I’m not being a Mumma or working with clients you will find me working away in Mels Cafe @thepolkadotteapot look out when I learn how to make coffees, there will be no stopping me! Most of all I love collaborating with likeminded souls and promoting the outta them. As a healer, I believe I cannot support everyone on my own and feel it’s so important to shed light on other healers and coaches so you can find the right fit for you whenever you need assistance with something.
