If you’re struggling and you feel as though you’re carrying the world on your shoulders, or you just feel like , reach out and ask someone, RUOK? You might find the problems that you carry might not be quite as bad as you thought!... And likewise when you’re feeling as though everything is wonderful and life couldn’t get better, reach out and ask someone, Can I do better? We can BE, DO and HAVE better, no matter where we are... we are not trees we aren’t limited by our location or the seed we have grown from. Do you have someone to talk to? Someone that listens to you? Someone that sees the best in you and can draw the best out of you? Someone that can help you see the best in all situations? These are some of the things I’m grateful for being aware of and having access to through being actively engaged in Network Marketing for 20+ years. I have a Coach that believes in me and draws the best out of me, for my best interests. And likewise I am a coach for others that are reaching for and achieving their best... Imagine a World where we were all lifting one another up? That my friend is the World that I am envisioning and doing my best to create.

12.01.2022 Is being BALANCED a myth that could be holding people back? Sometimes I feel I’m on top of the world, other times it feels like I’m carrying the world on my shoulders! This may be familiar... when your Work is going really well, getting new promotions, or ranking up in your Side-Gig... ... But then come home and sit down with your Spouse , or Teenage Kids, and just feel lost, out of your league with the Family Issues, and just don’t know where to turn... Sometimes this can cause the feeling of hopeless, being out of touch and this can cause sleepless nights and anxiety. All of this then impacts effectiveness at work. It’s a vicious cycle, and the danger then is to feel resentful. So let me tell you 5 things that I’ve been doing, (no, it’s not a, ‘Do this once, Fix that forever, Solution.) 1 Eat dinner together as a Family, with no distractions. (No TV, or Social Media) 2 Turn off the News, TV, Print, & Social Media. (If something serious happened that will impact you, someone will tell you.) 3 Exercise daily and take good clean Supplements. Keep all electronic devises out of the bedroom. 4 Don’t go to bed angry with anyone in the household. Resolve the issue, resentment or upset before bedtime. 5 Read or listen to educational, empowering books and programs that give a better understanding of others and yourself. Books and programs that teach communication, personal responsibility, leadership, plus they give the tools and resources to overcome negative experiences, resentment and the feeling of hopelessness and anxiety. From the moment before any colour touched the sky through to capturing the reflection in the water of the words LEST WE FORGET written in the sky, while the Remembrance Ceremony played quietly from inside the house.... I won’t forget this day! Thank you to all who serve and have served to protect us from seen and unseen, known and unknown threats! Keeping your brain active and stimulated is important for brain health, especially as we get older.... And like physical fitness, it’s good to mix it up. So if you are doing crosswords one day, then share some photos and recollect and share the stories from them the next day... Having a network of friends and family can help to reduce stress, enhance memory and help maintain cognitive health. Research shows that regular social interaction and community involvement are protective factors against memory loss and other impacts of ageing on the brain.

07.01.2022 Start today fresh! If yesterday was a tough day, you have the choice to leave that in the past. Flick the switch and start afresh.... Did you know that you are given 1440 minutes or 86400 seconds in a day? And none of those are carried over to the next day? So, if you can’t take any time from yesterday into today, doesn’t that also mean that you have the opportunity to leave your problems from yesterday in the past too? So, at the end of the day, if you have unresolved problems, check in with yourself to see if there’s anything you can do about them. If you can’t do anything about the problem, let it go... If you can do something about it, and it can be done right then, get it sorted... otherwise, write it on a sheet of paper so you can deal with it first thing in the morning. Don’t let yesterday’s problems control your today!
