21.01.2022 I loved these questions given to me about how to trust the universe, what is a good daily practice and how to let go The answers were very simple... Trust YOUrSELF...you are the universe. By projecting externally, you’ll never get your peace, your freedom, liberation. ... Ego goes out Self goes in. Truth is, we make it all seem too hard, unattainable etc...this is the mind being very busy tricking you into believing you have to do anything at all. Any doing is adding more of what blocks you from knowing YOU. Best daily practice is to do nothing and just breathe...that’s it....do it long enough and watch the mind dissolve...which is essentially YOU dissolving. It’s all contradictory of course as it’s all conceptual...our biggest niggle as a human is that we perceive literally and in linearity...this too is lower mind trickery. All of what we believe is real is simply mind hallucinating, projecting, manifesting...physically and spiritually...it’s a tough pill to swallow I agree. I say it so much but the most profound comment ever given to me, was by my Himalayan yogi guru: The mind hallucinates It took me a couple of years to delve into this powerful phrase and embody its potency...but when you get it...fark me...it’s good stuff I promise... There is no up or down, in or out but you must go in far enough to have what happens happen...this can only be experienced alone and it’s best not to intellectualise it...but...trust this ‘pointer’...it’ll make sense when it makes sense and when it makes sense, let me know xxx You deserve to feel love, freedom, peace...quiet...no mind...boundary-less-mess, fear-less-mess.

In all honesty I’m not into Christmas as for so many, it’s a time of stress, loneliness, poverty etc. My heart feels the pull of these strings at this time and I hope we can all take a moment and project our unconditional love to all. ... It is said that Christmas was actually a pagan ritual based around harvest and solstice. When Christianity took over, it was replaced to be based around Religion. And in the 1800’s Christmas was first commercialised and was all about the money, the excess, the gifts, the overeating and over drinking. Let’s take it all back a notch and remember to celebrate life and love itself. It’s not about the gifts, you ARE the gift...life is the gift. Spending time with loved ones IS the GIFT Giving of your compassion, time and energy, is the greatest most priceless gift. To yourself and others. Giving yourself a break, sitting in gratitude, opening your heart this, to me is what this time is all about. Whatever it means to you, I send you infinite love in this NOW and in all ways. 18.01.2022 Aaah yes to the 2.30am wake up today, where the ‘I AM’ concepts played through in various intonations. You see, you gotta go in the direction of IAM, which is the journey back to source, but only when you get there (which is nowhere- transcending time and space, the mind itself) does the reality of I AM dissolve. For the journey into dissolving illusion completes at the succession of YOU dissolving your I AM ... I AM is the meditational pointer for you to follow, which will take you to the space of no space. It will show the true reality of the dream state and just how farrrking brilliant this expansive manifestation of reality actually is. You cannot intellectualise this however. This is where it becomes dangerous to the journey of opportunity to reveal self realisation as : Ego says I AM Devil says I AM God says I AM Remember, all of the above are illusory...none of it is real...I AM is a powerful pointer but to attach even to this definition of a reality is thwart with pain and suffering. To decipher what realm of self is journeying is legit the toughest task. For in reality, the lower mind, which creates all illusion, must surrender and go on this journey, but as the loving servant, not as the master. Keep diving deeper into this I AM...to KNOW yourself Is to dissolve into the NoSELF. Your kingdom of heaven is within you.

13.01.2022 I loved delving into these intentions, which were given to me by a darling soul, based around releasing external negative energies and old trauma. We gave the intention to reset and clear the akashic records as well bringing to light the fact that traumas in childhood indeed play out in adulthood, giving the perception of negativity coming in from external sources. Go back to the source was the biggest message. Going forward, trying to run away from the ball and chain doesn...’t dissolve it. It takes courage to journey within, with zero attachment, to bring to light and release old energy conditioning and belief systems.

For it is the truly courageous one who opens the heart and radiates it with zero boundaries...this is the entire point to our being here. We’ve been brainwashed/conditioned to close down, protect oneself, pop on the energetic armour...this is the very block to your awakening..., to your self-realisation. 08.01.2022 Amazing re the synchronicity as this morning I had this same saying play through what is sweet nectar for the goose is bitter poison for the gander I stopped referring people to anything when I learnt that what was experienced as amazing to me, was often adding more illusion, pain and suffering to another. If you’re going to ruffle your ego’s feathers, you better know there’s no getting off the ride...buckle up baby...... I also recently realised ignorance is bliss and the journey I’ve taken myself on could potentially destroy others. It’s not for everyone. I now come with disclaimers. To hold your mastery, comes with the biggest responsibility that is 24/7. In this responsibility, you have the power manifest heaven and power to manifest hell. Stay conscious. Remain Vigilant. Have discernment for yourself and all you perceive. Nothing is as it seems. Choose Love
06.01.2022 I speak about the power of LETTING GO a lot, as quite simply, it was the guidance that screamed out to me from within. It was like my inner voice was talking over a gigantic megaphone ensuring every cell, tissue, bone, DNA was listening. It was so loud and powerful, I had no choice but to listen and take action, which was essentially, to stop taking action...to throw everything away... to walk away from everything...not knowing the why or how. To Let Go is to rest in a peace...-full space of Desire-less-mess. To be Desire-less is to experience FREEdom and LIBERATION. This freedom is revealed the moment you release or let go of the lower mind as MASTER. The moment I walked away from even identifying myself as 'spiritual' is the moment life shifted to a level that is without levels, without boundaries, without form dictating my concept of reality. Why is it so important to LET GO. If done correctly, the result of truly letting everything go will actually free you from your ego in its default state aka...untamed, wild and un-predictable and un-conscious. If you can truly let go, you release all attachments to illusion as well as dissolving the perception of duality. The concept of Duality is the root cause for all the pain and suffering you believe you experience...all experience is merely an appearance...appearing as real as dictated by your mind's holographic manifestation, making you believe everything is happening to you, not you are simply happening...manifesting itself...experiencing itself. The moment you LET GO, is the moment you reveal AN EFFORTLESS FLOW...let life just happen all on its own....this is where the magic is...this is where divine synchronicity ignites to ever carry you, move you, push you, pull you on the energetic waves of creation...where you are the ocean and the wave, you are the pushing and pulling, the ebb and flow, you are the almighty universal force simply going with the flow. I loved this quote by Alan Watts, which suggests the importance of letting go and which prompted my stream of consciousness delving into the importance of letting go... 'So long as you are trying to make progress, you will go up, but up always implies down. So while you are trying to get better and better and better that means when you get to the best, you can only go on to the worst. And so you go round and round and round ever chasing the illusion that there is something outside yourself, Outside your here and now, to be obtained that will make things better. And the thing is to recover from that illusion.

No matter what, it could certainly be worse and whatever you’re going through, there’s always so many people doing it tougher. Truth is, it’s all relative. ... Simplicity is Heaven. The moment I stopped wanting anything, stopped trying and simply allowed what is to be what is...heaven ensued. When you are simply in your flow...not forcing, repelling or attracting, divine synchronicity will take you places unimagined. Being simply in the flow...your passion, gratitude and balance will soar like never before. I would love to know how this year has been for you? I knew very early on it was a grand opportunity...an opportunity in this timeline for many to stop and go within. Truth is, when the illuminated veil dissolves, what is revealed can all of a sudden not seem so shiny and appealing....revealing henceforth, a time to dive head first into the realitty within...for many actually resulting in self realisation.
