25.01.2022 Have you been having trouble keeping a track of the days? This Mindfulness course may help! For six weeks, each Wednesday a new short (10-20min) audio lesson will be released and each Friday lunchtime you may choose to join others building their Mindfulness practice via a Zoom session. The first two audio lessons are available here: https://www.patreon.com/iamreadypsychology The practice is not all meditation based. Others approaches are based around incorporating mindfulness into daily activities, including movement, music, food, drink, connecting with others and celebration. Zoom sessions for a limited number of people start this Friday 17 April lunchtime. Email to register: info@iamreadypsychology
