25.01.2022 In this short video I talk about the importance of gratitude and how we can all cultivate more gratefulness in our lives. This is a difficult time for a lot of people so focusing on what we do have, rather than what’s going wrong, can be a great way to boost our mental health. And at times like these we could all be doing more to work on our own mental health #wellbeing #gratitude #mentalhealth

22.01.2022 In this video I talk about one of my favourite tips for wellbeing - to get outside. Particularly at this time when everyone fills like they are locked in, getting outside (even if it's just out the back) is so powerful for our mental and physical wellbeing.

21.01.2022 For 10 minutes this morning my youngest son and I stood out the front of our house and found ‘awesome’ rocks! Do you see anything particularly awesome about these rocks?!?! Nope, me neither. But he did. And every time he picked up a new ‘awesome’ rock he was so excited Dad, check out this one!. And as time went on I started to get more excited about how awesome the rocks actually are!! Kids are great at being mindful. They allow themselves to get swept up in the moment an...d not to worry about all the stuff that’s happening around them. Maybe we could all learn something from kids at the moment? Maybe spend less time listening/reading the news, and more time marvelling at the world around us. I gotta go, I’ve got more rocks to find! . . . #mindfulness #mindful #kids #covid_19 #stress #worry #anxiety #anxietyrelief #grateful #awesome

09.01.2022 I have received lots of comments about my post last week about ‘Awesome’ rocks so I decided to put together a video for people to enjoy. It’s great to hear so many people are doing similar things with their kids, particularly during these difficult times. It’s great for them and great for us too! #mindfulness

03.01.2022 It’s the end of an era today that marks for me the end of 23 years of public service. I’m so grateful for the opportunities I’ve had throughout my career; the places I’ve travelled, the lessons I’ve learnt, the people I’ve met, and the opportunity to serve my country and my community. Although probably picking the worst possible time in history to start running my business full time, I’m excited for what lay ahead and the potential to serve as many people as I can. #grateful #excited #publicservice #consultant #leadership #wellbeing
