21.01.2022 Staying with the green theme this week. I was lucky enough to receive some big creamy avocados and fresh crisp Donnybrook Pink Lady apples. I decided to make avocado pasta! A huge hit in our house! I did add a little bit of chipotle sauce and an ice cold beer for the adults!

20.01.2022 Wow a tray of peaches! I've had a smile from ear to ear for 2 weeks! The last few have been bottled to make them last forever! (Well almost) The lovely amber syrup is all thanks to the only sugar I had left in the house - Demerara. Can't wait to crack it!
