18.01.2022 Morning routines! Making the steps that you value habitual practices to have an intentional morning. There’s no one right way to do your morning. You need to just find what works for you and what doesn’t. Follow your intuition, lean into nourishing yourself holistically then think of a plan b if that goes to shit
18.01.2022 Setting boundaries It can be so hard to say no, no thank you, I can’t make it, I won’t be able to do that etc. etc. BUT setting clear, kind boundaries is how you protect your energy and time. We DO NOT have to say yes to everything, do everything for everyone, go to every event or do things we really don’t want to do. We also do not have to send a novel length message explaining or making up every reason under the sun why we are not doing or going to something, a kind decline is enough! By saying no when you want to, you’re prioritising yourself and staying in alignment with what is best for your mind, body and soul. This takes a lot of practice and a lot of sitting in uncomfortable feelings to get used to, especially if you’re a people pleaser. Protect your energy and time, do what you want & be clear (which is kind).

07.01.2022 Give yourself permission, it’s not anyone else’s job to... Being busy & being productive are two very different things, but at times you don’t need to be either. You can pause, rest, do nothing and do exciting things for yourself for literally no reason. You don’t have to earn a reason to care for yourself? Learn what your intuition is telling you and let yourself heal, rest and do whatever the fuck you feel like doing.
