10.01.2022 Khao Mun Gai Tod - "Thai chicken rice with fried chicken, house-made sweet chilli sauce, and chicken broth" This simple combination is one of the most famous Thai street food dish. Absolutely yummy and perfect for summer!!
10.01.2022 Thai-Chinese Style BBQ Pork Recipe (Without MSG & Food Coloring) Ingredients: Pork Neck 1KG (cut in strips)... Crushed Garlic 3-4 Cloves Crushed Coriander Root 2-3 Roots Coriander Seed 1Tbsp (toasted and crushed) Paprika Powder 1Tbsp Chinese Five Spices 1Tsp Oyster Sauce 2Tbsp Soy Sauce 2Tbsp Tomato Paste 1Tbsp Brown Sugar 2Tbsp Sesame Oil 1Tbsp Methods: -Marinade pork with all ingredients overnight. -Preheat the oven to 200C and place the marinated pork on a roasting pan and cook for 25-30 minutes. -Let the pork rest for 5 minutes then slice or wrap with plastic cling film and store in the fridge.

09.01.2022 This Saturday Special at I am Siam NOODLE BAR Slow-roasted Chicken in Coconut Milk and Massaman Curry Paste with Perfect Sous Vide Poached Egg, Pickled Cucumber, Steamed Rice, and Fried Shallot. And also.... Coconut & Pandant Panna Cotta with Sticky Rice pudding, Mango and Mint Salsa Unfortunately, I haven’t got any picture of these special meals yet, because I’m cooking them right now. Anyway, better come to have a look and try tomorrow then :)

06.01.2022 This's "Aburi Ocean Trout Toro Nigiri" or "Grilled Ocean Trout Belly Sushi" I made these amazing delicious dishes for staff meal at Ripples Chowder Bay from the off-cut that suppose to go in the bin. Too fatty!! it's make stock cloudy and fishy!! but yummy!! I'm sure that there're a lot of kitchen cut off and threw this delicious fatty part except the Japanese one!!... I love Sushi :)

04.01.2022 Many people ask me why using such a valuable ingredient like Wagyu beef for cooking a cheap street food as "boat noodle soup". Until now I still can't answer this simple question. But the only thing I know is, every time I saw people came back for the 2nd or 3rd bowl and said to Cherry "Thank You so much, this's the best boat noodle that I've ever had in my life!!". Nothing to say.. Just :) :) :) :) Maybe those people could answer this simple question better than me!
