Today I know it's also about the little moments that make up our days: - When we take accountability for our actions which cause another hurt... - When we share how we really feel honestly without fear that another will reject us for it - When we ask for help because we can no longer cope alone Courage is within your grasp. Find a moment everyday to be a little more courageous than you were yesterday or if you find it difficult, find someone who you trust who can 'encourage' you to find it.
