18.01.2022 Finally got a NICE 3 reps out @ 80kg for two sets. Very happy with these . T-minus 1 week til overreaching which will be fun to test just how much I can lift now . @em_wright__



14.01.2022 Using deload week as a means to strengthen those week points at my max weight last week - just below the knee & just above! . I’d really love to get more comfortable around 105kg & 110kg, then maybe finish on a few sets of 115kg on overreaching week. Having had more sleep these last few weeks has been working a treat for my training also.. ready to knock out the next 5 weeks!
