22.01.2022 The family and I climbed to the Pinnacle at Mount Wellington this morning. We thought we’d share a moment when we stopped to admire the view! 22.01.2022 Second ever attempt at Hot Cross Buns today and these were A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!! With Turkish Apricots, dried Blueberries, Sour Cherries, Cranberries, Gogi Berries and saltanas they were pack with superfood nutrition too! Oh and the lemon zest glaze was delicious! Yep! 17.01.2022 An afternoon walk to the olive grove. It has been a hectic 12 days of social distancing with both adults working harder than ever, adjusting to schooling the children at home and dealing with the lack of social outlet being in isolation brings. Although we are probably spending more time under the roof than normal it feels as though we are not connecting the way we usually do. So we decided to down all tools and head out into the sunshine for a brief break and what a glorious afternoon it was. How are you coping with the new everyday life?

02.01.2022 A great big THANK YOU to the fabulous people at Highfield Farm and Woodland for the little gift in my esky this morning. A little paper bag with the words keep washing your hands written on the front containing the loveliest little cake of their beautiful hand made soap. Not only are Louise and David protecting that land that produces your food as the label inside the egg carton explains, they are also protecting the people that consume their produce!... Thank you!
