25.01.2022 Things started looking good for a minute there. Just a reminder that due to the recent outbreaks we are working under strict appointment only guidelines. Please, if you have noticed any cold or flu like symptoms, been in contact with anyone suspected of COVID-19 call to reschedule your appointment. We have many vulnerable customers who we love and want to keep them around, we are quite fond of our staff too ;)

25.01.2022 We have had some exciting new frames and sunnies come in over the past couple of weeks and we really want to show you guys! We are operating under a strict APPOINTMENT ONLY schedule at the moment within social distancing guidelines. We ask that if you are looking for new specs, need an adjustment or just want to check out some of the new stock that you please call for an appointment to do so. Unfortunately we are unable to take walk in appointments at this time. We often have some more at risk patients in the practice and want to do all we can to keep them and you safe at the moment. Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.

21.01.2022 We survived another week without catching the virus! How you ask? We have implemented a few things here to keep us and you safe. We are regularly wiping down our benches and desks with Antibacterial wipes, we wipe down every frame you try on, we are disinfecting the air with antibacterial spray every hour and of course we are washing our hands very regularly. To keep us Covid free we ask that if you are feeling unwell please call to reschedule your appointment, if you have ...recently travelled overseas stick to the Quarantine guidelines and do not visit us until this time has passed. We recommend contact lenses wearers place orders if your supply is getting low as there may be some disruption to stock levels from suppliers. We are also offering a 15% discount for 12 month contact lens supplies. 15.01.2022 Its week number whatever of the Pandemic... and we are still here for you! After the Easter break we will be working on some slightly different hours. We will be open 3 days a week on alternating days as of: TUESDAY 14th APRIL. (Tues, Thurs, Sat) and MON 20th APRIL (Mon,Wed, Fri) continuing indefinitely. Things have changed a little though and we are encouraging people to BYO mask for consultations and only come to see us for:... - Emergency appointments (sore eyes, red eyes, losses of vision etc) - Changes in vision which may be impairing quality of life or ability to read/drive or make your way around your house while you are staying home -Broken glasses (we hope you have a spare pair) -Urgent health checks (high pressures etc) We are continuing to leave time between each appointment to sanitize the practice, disinfect any touched frames and make sure we are keeping the practice safe for both us and you. We are working by appointment only to make sure everyone coming to see us are healthy and Covid free. Thankyou for your understanding and we hope to be able to look after your needs through this time.

Theres a few things you can do to help. - Every 20 mins take 20 seconds to look at something 6 metres away - Have a regular eye exam to make sure you are seeing the best you can without straining and that your eyes are nice and healthy - Make sure your prescription glasses are up to date so your eyes arent working harder than they need to be - Speak to your Optometrist about a pair of Computer specific lenses, these lens designs are made specifically for computer and close work and where suitable can be of great benefit

07.01.2022 With social distancing guidelines starting to ease we are now able to conduct routine eye health exams! Leilei will be here 4 days a week for eye exams and health checks to celebrate. However we still aren't out of the woods yet and will still be keeping to our strict Covid safety guidelines. Booking 1hr for your appointment, cleaning after each patient and no more than 2 patients in the practice at a time. With many "at risk" patients we think its best to keep things a little tight to keep you safe. We look forward to seeing and hearing from you!
