For those who aren't aware, the federal government has released a $25,000 Homebuilder's grant that is in addition to the current $10,000 First Home Owners Grant currently on offer! Additionally, it is strongly suggested that there will be up to another $20,000 announced by the state government in the coming days too, meaning there could be around $55,000 in incentives to build a home in the c...oming months!
