17.01.2022 These poor bloody wrists have a LONG way to go towards getting healthy. This is a variation of the routine I think @axisyoga_ taught me back in the day that obviously hasnt been kept up. Falls onto outstretched arms, working on people and horses every day, too much time at a keyboard and not enough varied stimuli have created immobile and weak wrists. 12.01.2022 Its not an outdoor gym, right? Pretty sure it was this exact exercise that stirred up an old neck/shoulder injury last week. Already, after just a week it is feeling less vulnerable/delicate while doing these rotations. To paraphrase Coach Sommer intensity is not the key, rather repetition.... Im finding it amazing how quickly my body is changing and not because of any great complexity in the programming (though I 100% appreciate there are intricacies in it that Im not anywhere near appreciating), rather repetition of the basics.
