23.01.2022 Today's challenge was a easy one. 1 - 10 push-ups 2 - 10 sit ups 3 - 10 squats... 4 - 10 mountain climbs 5 - 10 star jumps 6 - 10 burpees 7 - 10 left kicks 8 - 10 right kicks 9 - 10 straight punches 10 - 10 laps No equipment required. It can be done in a park or at home. Give it a go and have fun.

This is what it is. 1- 30 push-ups 2- 30 sit ups 3 - 30 squats... 4 - 30 star jumps 5 - 30 straight punches. 6 - 30 hooks 7 - 30 uppercut 8 - 30 left turning kicks 9 - 30 right turning kicks 10 - 30 burpees 11 - 30 mountain climbs. 12 - 30 toe touches. 13 - 30 elbow to knee 14 - 30 wrist over knees 15 - 30 crunches. 16 - 30 knees to chest 17 - 30 lunges 18 - 30 jumps 19 - 30 high knees 20 - 30 sprawls. 21 - 30 shoulder touches. 22 - 30 bungee sprints. 23 - 30 step ups. 24 - 30 punches with resistance. 25 - 30 bicep curls. 26 - 30 chest expander. 27 - 30 arms sidelifts 28 - 30 ankle touches 29 - 30 laps. 30 - 30 sec planks. If anyone has any challenges I can do at a park feel free to post your challenge on this page and I will give it a go and I'll film myself doing the challenge.
