25.01.2022 Normally I am banging on about new listings or houses that we have sold however something you may not know is that there is an extreme shortage of rental properties available at the moment. Our vacancy rate is the lowest it has been in over 15 years and there are good tenants we are trying to house. If you knew of someone who was thinking of leasing their property out please get in touch.

16.01.2022 Market wrap up for january 2020

16.01.2022 It’s the end of the Financial Year! Have a look at our latest Market Wrap to see the current home prices on the Peninsula.

15.01.2022 As we started the new financial year, we saw plenty of activity in the Real Estate Market. Our local area had a solid amount of sales and a strong average price across the board. We are finding a large demand for homes in our area, but a real lack of stock in certain parts of the market. Houses most in demand are homes currently being valued between $550,000 - $700,000 and also the more exclusive homes over the $1m mark. If you wanted to get an update on market value for your property, please get in touch.

13.01.2022 UMINA BEACH BOARDING HOUSE The Central Coast Local Planning Panel is expected to make a decision on a proposed 11-room, two-storey boarding house in Umina Bea...ch this week. The proposal attracted 43 submissions with concerns over a potential increase in crime and being too close to a school. The $1.2 million development on Ocean Beach Rd would provide housing for up to 22 lodgers, with a minimum stay of six months. Central Coast Council has recommended approval for the boarding house which includes a manager’s residence, communal living area and seven car spaces.

We hope to give an insight with our market wrap for August 2020.... Have a question that we haven’t covered in this months video? Please reply and we will get back to you ASAP.

06.01.2022 Very interesting

06.01.2022 In the ever evolving world that we are currently experiencing, we have had some positive news for the Real Estate industry. Last Sunday, the announcement was made that traditional Open Homes and on site Auctions, would be able to recommence. It is step in the right direction for the property market after what was a very tough month in April. I would love to hear your thoughts around the easing of restrictions and if you think this will have a positive result for the market. Thanks again for tuning in.

04.01.2022 The crew had a great day yesterday at the golf day raising money for the ASPECT school on the central coast. Thank you to everyone who supported the cause which... was organised (in part) by our very own Greg Quilkey and Belinda Clarke Quilkey. Before a ball was hit the school had already surpassed the fund raising efforts from last year. Thank you again from the team at Wilson’s

03.01.2022 Good afternoon all The scoreboard install was completed and trial run was conducted this afternoon by Callan from Brook / Southern Cross Scoreboards. It's very ...user friendly and very adaptable with a lot options available to configure the layout as you deem fit. Attached are some photos and video from today's trial run for your perusal (my apologies for the quality). A big thanks to Dean Slattery who did all the leg and paper work on the grant application for our club. Thanks also to John Kenney from Woy Woy Lions Rugby Union, Glenn Howe from Central Coast Council and the suppliers and contractors for the seem less installation. The scoreboard will be a great tool for both clubs and the wider community. Not only as a scoreboard, but it also has functions for displaying still photography, videos and other applications including TV and live steaming. Final thanks to Brendan Marks for reconfiguring logos and emblems for the trial run. The photos and video don't do it justice it will be sensational especially for night games. Take care. Up the Roosters. Tim

03.01.2022 Would you believe there were a record number of sales in Umina Beach for September? With all the uncertainty in the world and on going COVID-19 cases, there are some truly remarkable results here. Check out our September market wrap here.

03.01.2022 This is a great page that I would recommend anyone to check out. Michael has also just written a book that you might want to take a look at. Ian
