24.01.2022 IAVIAs Treasurer, Mrs. Arlene Demontano Romerona handed over the birthing kits to Dr. Arnold Betita Jr. & Staff of Carles Birthing Clinic at Carles, Iloilo, Philippines. Birthing Kits donated by The Rotary Club of Keillor East, Victoria, Australia.

22.01.2022 Past President Elaine Soriano received the Certificate of Appreciation from the Head of Gawad Kalinga Capiz in behalf of the Ilonggo Association of Victoria, Inc. for the two projects given to Capiz: Child & Youth Development Program (CYD) P60,000 and CYD SIPAG Program P290,000 = Total of P350,000.

20.01.2022 In light of corona virus crisis, the Ilonggo Association of Vic Inc has decided to cancel its Mothers Day Dinner Dance on 9 May. A further announcement will be made in due course.

04.01.2022 Ilonggo Association did it again! It has been another successful night of fun and celebration to honour all mothers and our tribute to four mother awardees. We thank all our supporters from various community organisations, family and friends who came from all across Victoria to join us in the celebration of our annual fundraising event - Mothers Day Dinner Dance.... Thank you to our Honorary Consul Felix Pintado for his inspirational speech, Vice-Consul Nini Jover and to all our sponsors who made this event possible. To Justin and Renee for their spectacular and fabulous floor show presentation that captured the audience and blew our minds. To Lora Love and Herbert Fangon for their beautiful and heart touching duet rendition, our auctioneer for the night, Mr Charlie Yao for pushing the bid to the max, DJ Pros who never failed us with his music that tear up the dance floor. Our stage manager Ivan Monte who made sure our programme went smoothly and of course, our ever loyal emcees, our former officers, Nenita Wallis (President) and Dominic Lobriza (Vice-Pres) for a job well done! Proceeds will go a long way to our various charities. Madamo guid nga salamat!!!
