24.01.2022 Dear valued customer if you have attempted to call us today and have not been able to get through we do apologize as we are experiencing difficulties with our phone lines. They will be down for an estimated 48 hours. It may be earlier if you try to place an order over the phone and can't get through please just msg it through on message or just come on down to our store and well gladly take your order over the counter. 24.01.2022 Bizzler Update! So after nearly 2 weeks we have been able to get a diversion with our phones BUT unfortunately our internet lines are still not working which means our EFTPOS facilities are not in use. We will be open tonight from 5pm and are able to take your phone orders for delivery or pick up. Our Menulog has its own 4G service so orders can be taken from there as well. ... 23.01.2022 FINALLY! The rain has stopped and we were able to get in and give it a good clean and get ourselves ready for trade tonight. So YES we are open and water free so come on down or order over the phone for pick up or delivery. We are also COVID 19 safe and have met all NSW Health requirements. Look forward to serving you all! They will be down and as per usual Telstra don’t know what they are doing and can’t give me my answers but they believe it has to do with the wonderful NBN. The lines and internet will not be up and running until the 2nd week of January 2019. 19.01.2022 To all our valued customers Due to the current COVID-19 situation we have to make sure that our business is COVID-19 safe for our customers and also for our sleeves this is why we have decided to keep our shop closed for tonight so we can have it all set up with sanitizer stations and alll our safety signs around the shop. 18.01.2022 I am pleased to let all our customers know that Telstra have finally fixed 1 out of 2 of our problems. I’m pleased to say that our Phone line is now up and running but unfortunately our eftpos machine is still out of order. Phone lines are now in use for your phone orders to be made and we do once again apologise for the inconvenience. 17.01.2022 Due to the COVID-19 outbreak we will no longer be offering dining inside or outside and will strictly be take-away or delivery we are also in partnership with Menulog. This is to ensure the safety of our customers, community and our staff members. We will still be operating and providing you with the highest quality of cleanliness and hygiene that meet the NSW Health Food requirements. Our store trading hours are the same as usual until further notice, the only difference is ...we have decided to open our doors on Monday’s ONLY for dinner from 5pm till 9pm starting from the 30th March 2020. We will endeavour to keep providing you with our delicious Pides,Pizzas, HSP packs and kebabs. In this difficult time keep in mind we do have containers of freshly cut Beef and Chicken to take home. These can also be kept in the freezer for up to 3 months. Please call us on 42975575 to make a phone order for pick up or delivery. 16.01.2022 To all our valued customers we regretful have made a decision to keep our doors closed tonight as Telstra still have not fixed our phone or internet lines as this is our main source of business at the moment.So once again NBN has failed us. I have been told that it is scheduled to be fixed Friday 26th June between 2pm and 6pm. At this stage we will reopen tomorrow for dinner trade providing our services are back up and running. 15.01.2022 Just an update on Bizzler Unfortunately a week on our phone and NBN services are still not fixed I have been on the phone with them over the past week and have not been had the problem resolved as yet. As of today Telstra has agreed to divert our phone lines over to another number put for this to activate we need to wait. This could take any where from 2 hours to 24 hours so I have made the decision to keep shop closed for tonight and hopefully re open on Thursday 2/7/2020. ... Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused but we are doing our best to get back up and trading for you all in a sufficient way and that is with having our Phone lines and NBN up and running. 02.01.2022 We have had a lot of rain and unfortunately our shop had been attacked by the rain and we regret to advise that we will not be able to open tonight due to the extensive water in the shop. It is also unsafe for our delivery drivers in this weather especially with alot of our delivery areas roads been closed. We hope that this will ease and we will be ready to re open on Wednesday. Unfortunately our phone and internet is still down which means we can not take orders over the phone nor do we have eftpos facilities. I am pleased to say that you still can place orders on Menulog as that had a separate internet service. Our hours tonight may vary depending on or orders and this will continue until our services are back up and running properly.
