25.01.2022 Foot Mobilisation is a great adjunct to orthotic therapy; by realigning joints of the foot & correcting subluxations, thus enhancing orthotic therapy treatment outcomes. Ted Jedynak developed the Foot Mobilisation Treatment method & is one of the most experienced practitioners of foot mobilisation in the world. Tibial torsion can be treated during skeletal immaturity with orthotic gait plate technology.

20.01.2022 Examining the plantar shoe wear is often an early indicator of a patients biomechanical issues or conditions and can be very helpful in the assessment process.
20.01.2022 The question is often asked ....should practitioners measure the rearfoot position or just observe the positioning? We do not discourage taking measurents, however, both the measurement and the visual identification will usually only give an indication of the RoM and whether there are unilateral issues present.Gathering rearfoot positioning information is both a prescriptive and diagnostic procedure. When a large RoM is present, more support will usually be required in the orthotic prescription.
