14.01.2022 Nick Owen sent a text message advising that his taper for this Sunday's 26.4km Lake Zurich marathon swim has gone well this week. Water temperature is 20 C, Nick has only done a few k's this week and expects to have plenty of energy on Sunday. Oh yes, he's also nervous as anything!!
