09.01.2022 Friends, I’ve just moved house, so I know I have lots of things (including 7 sushi rolling mats for some reason), but what I do not have is any confidence. When anything challenging happens, I immediately go into a shame spiral which ends up with me shaking like a goddam leaf at three in the morning wondering why the fuck I thought I could do anything good in the first place.
